- The City seeks to collaborate with a qualified benefits consultant to represent the interests of the City and other entities of the City including St. Thomas Police Service, St. Thomas Economic Development, and the St. Thomas Public Library in all areas. The scope of work of the benefit consultant includes but not limited to, billing issues, benefit coverage disputes, concerns with administration and processing of claims, by the benefits provider(s). The successful proponent (the “Benefits Consultant”) must provide a dedicated representative(s) to be responsible for the contract who are sufficiently qualified by education and experience and are available on a daily basis for problem solving and guidance.
The term of the agreement is for one (1) year, with the option to extend annually for a maximum of 5 years, terminating May 31, 2030. - Documents:
