- The City of Abbotsford (“COA”) requires the provision of professional services for our Employee & Family Assistance Program (EFAP), including support for short-term counselling, critical incident response, member well-being promotion, manager/leader training, and reporting that informs our wellness strategy. COA-s EFAP supports work, health and life concerns that may affect both productivity on the job, as well as general well-being, if not addressed in a timely manner.
COA-s intent is to find the best possible service provider, and to ensure that COA has an EFAP that meets the needs of the employer, employees, and their partners/spouses/dependents now and into the future.
