Notice Details INVITATION TO TENDER

TENDER: T-005-20 - EMERGENCY POWER BACKUP FOR IT INFRASTRUCTURE

Sealed tenders addressed to City of Bathurst (Att: Purchasing Supervisor), 380 St. Andrew Street, Bathurst, NB, E2A 1C5, and marked Tender for T-005-20 - EMERGENCY POWER BACKUP FOR IT INFRASTRUCTURE, will be received until 2:00 p.m. (local time), Tuesday, July 14, 2020.

This project consists of:

Supply and installation of a new 15 kW generator and automatic transfer switch to provide electrical backup power to the City Hall IT infrastructure.

A Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the total tender is required with the submission.

The latest revision and amendments of the "Tendering Procedures" of the Crown Construction Contract Act
(82-109), as amended, shall apply to this tender.

Specifications and tender documents may be obtained by emailed request only at guy.desilva@bathurst.ca for an amount of $50.00, non-refundable.

Due to the current situation regarding Covid-19, this tender will be opened publicly via live feed following the closing time.

The City of Bathurst reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders.
