Tender are invited for Emergency Notification System Provider
Project Description : Emergency preparedness is vitally important for the safety of the people at the Office of the Auditor General of Alberta. Our office audits entities across the province of Alberta which requires our staff to be out of the office at the audit entities. In the case of an emergency the Auditor General requires an emergency alert system that can send mass emergency notifications to staff no matter where they are located and they can respond that they are safe.The vendor will need to be available to provide services as outlined in section 3.3 below from December 1, 2020 to November 30, 2023, with an option to extend for one more year.The vendor will provide call center services and deploy communications to staff of the Office of the Auditor General of Alberta during an emergency with the ability for staff to check in during the emergency. The vendor will follow-up with staff who have not checked in or responded as unsafe and provide updates on staff until the emergency is resolved.The vendor will have the ability to provide employee travel notifications for staff of the Auditor General of Alberta to check in and out for out of town work travel.
