Description:
The Ministry of Health (Ministry) is seeking proposals for Emergency Medical Assistants (EMA) Licencing Exam Facilities in Northern BC specifically in or around Prince George and/or Dawson Creek.

The Ministry requires examination facilities, equipment and ancillary services to perform practical evaluations conducted on behalf of the Emergency Medical Assistants Licensing Board (Board). These EMA practical evaluations are at pre-determined locations and dates based on a schedule published one to two years in advance.

The Board currently conducts practical evaluations in five regional centres throughout British Columbia (BC). The Board is looking to expand the number of regional centres to provide greater accessibility to licensing applicants.

More than one contract may be awarded as a result of this RFP.
There is no guarantee to the minimum or maximum number of bookings in any given year.
The anticipated term of the Contract(s) will be from April 1, 2025, to March 31, 2028, with the option, at the sole discretion of the Ministry, to extend for two additional two-year terms.

Unless an exception applies as described in Section 2.29 b), as a condition of Contract finalization the successful Proponent will be required to provide the Province with a Tax Verification Letter.
