- The City of Burnaby’s (“City”) intent of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to obtain Proposals from qualified and experienced Contractors to provide all necessary materials, supervision, labour, equipment, tools, supplies, permits, and transportation to supply special event first aid services for 2023 and also on an “as and when requested” basis, as further detailed herein.
The City intends to award a Contract for a two (2) year term, with options to extend up to three (3) individual one year periods, for a maximum of five (5) years total, at the sole discretion of the City.
The issue of this RFP does not confer any licence or grant for any other purpose.
