Description:
The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region-s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Proposal. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Bids must be submitted and received by the Region no later than 1:00:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Region intends to establish a list of Service Providers, for the provision of Emergency Housing Overflow Services to People Experiencing Homelessness.For complete bid details, refer to the RFPQ documents.MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS: Respondents has not-for-profit status. Respondent has a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience delivering Emergency Housing Services for People Experiencing Homelessness.Respondent has previously received funding from a Service Manager as defined under the Housing Services Act, 2011, or municipal, provincial or federal government to deliver Emergency Housing Services within the last 5 years.Respondents that do not comply with all Mandatory Technical Requirements will be rejected as non-compliant for failure to meet a mandatory requirement of the RFSQ.MEETING: Not Applicable.For complete bid details, refer to the RFPQ documents.QUESTIONS: Questions related to this RFPQ should be submitted to the Region through the Bidding Website by clicking on the 'Submit a Question' button.ACCOMMODATION REQUESTS: Accommodation requests under AODA should be directed to the Region's Procurement Representative via email to michelle.doiron@york.ca.
