Description:
Colliers Project Leaders is seeking the Services of a Contractor. The Bidder must also clearly demonstrate relevant experience in working within similar critical facilities environments. For further details, please refer to the Bid Call documents. The scope of the work is to provide construction for the projects: 280117-240274 - EMDC Refinish Inmate Washrooms. The existing floor, wall and ceiling finishes, plumbing fixtures and lighting date back to 1983 construction and need to be replaced. The architectural and mechanical scopes of work are outlined in the Design Drawings and detailed within the Bid Call documents, which will be released upon receipt of a signed Confidentiality Agreement.You must submit a response in the 'Intent to Bid' or 'Intent to not Bid' section by the due date. If the "Intent to Bid" or "Intent not to Bid" (with explanation) is not selected there will be issues in submitting a bid or penalties may apply if no response is received at all.
