Description:
Work of this Contract comprises the following for the Elk Point Fort George Buckingham House Visitor Reception Centre. .1 Replacement of the existing roof assembly with SBS roofing system complete with associated accessories, flashings and equipment supports. .2 Replacement of roof drains. .3 Replacement of existing plumbing vent curb details with new ones. .4 Replace all windows, doors and blinds with new specified assemblies. .5 Install metal stairs system from Zone 1 to Zone 2 as shown on drawings. .6 Install one hands free access door to the front entrance. .7 Install security railings, .8 All work essential to complete the project in total, whether described above, provided it can reasonably be inferred as required for the proper completion of the job. .9 All work will have to be carried out after regular business hours of 08:00 until 16:30 hours during the work week.
