PROJECT OVERVIEW:EIPS Board Profile:The Board of Trustees of Elk Island Public Schools “EIPS” is one of Alberta's largest school divisions, serving approximately 17,500 students in 42 schools. The geographical area includes (nineteen) 19 schools in Sherwood Park, five (5) in rural Strathcona County, five (5) in Lamont County, nine (9) in the City of Fort Saskatchewan and four (4) in Vegreville (County of Minburn).Elk Island Public Schools (EIPS) is requesting Proposals from qualified elevator & lift inspection, maintenance and service companies. EIPS expects to select experienced and capable Supplier/Contractor(s) to provide the Goods / Services inspecting, maintaining and servicing twelve (12) elevators and lifts - with the opportunity to add seven (7) more when existing contracts have lapsed (see Schedule “C” - Pricing) and enter a Contract. It is EIPS- preference to work with one vendor who will be able to supply all of the preferred products and services. See Schedule “A” - Scope of Work for more details.
