- Placer County is soliciting competitive quotes for electronic security system maintenance services on behalf of the Placer County Department of Facilities Management Building Maintenance Division. Bids will be compared on the basis of the sum of the extended prices of the quarterly maintenance and on-call hourly rates. A supplier contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder on an all-or-none basis for an approximate initial one-year term with possible annual renewals. Services will be required on a quarterly and on-call basis. Placer County makes no specific guarantee of a minimum or maximum dollar amount or hours of services to be procured during the term of the resulting agreement. Bids shall be submitted in accordance with the specifications, terms, and conditions contained in the Bid Invitation and associated attachments.
