***April 27, 2022: Addendum No. 1 document including Appendix A ePER workflow document as a separate PDF added to Supplier Attachments. Addendum No. 1 notifies of an extension to the closing time to 3:00 p.m. on May 26, 2022. The deadline to submit questions has also been extended to 12:00 p.m.(noon) on May 12, 2022. Answers/clarification to initial questions received have also been provided.***
ePER is a system developed by the Vancouver Fraser Port Authority to manage Project and environment review (PER) applications. The current system is built on Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015, ADXstudio and integrates with SharePoint 2013 and Outlook 2013. Dynamic Docs is used to generate pdf files for a permit. As Microsoft has ended its support to Dynamics CRM 2015 and ADXstudio Portal, the e-PER portal must be upgraded.
The VFPA is seeking proposals for the system upgrade that can replicate the ePER application process. The upgraded ePER system should leverage Microsoft cloud-based products using out of the box functionality with minimal requirements for custom coding.
