This notice of interest does not constitute a competitive call for tenders and is intended solely to ascertain market interest and gather information from businesses regarding cloud-based (SaaS) and/or on-premise electronic evidence management and litigation support (“eDiscovery”) solutions (the “SOLUTIONS”).The Autorité des marchés financiers (the “AMF”) is hereby seeking information and expressions of interest from respondents in order to further its knowledge of the SOLUTIONS and their implementation.With this notice of interest, the AMF is seeking to gather information from respondents regarding the SOLUTIONS available on the market so that it can: Improve its understanding of the products and services and current and future trends; Obtain budgetary cost estimates based on the procurement requirements described below in Section 6 "Transmission of information"; Ascertain the availability of certain now-critical functions; and Ascertain the presence of certain technological features that could potentially be needed to ensure interoperability with the various AMF systems.
