This Request for Tender is being issued by the County of Simcoe on behalf of Simcoe County Housing Corporation (SCHC).
The SCHC is requesting submissions for the provision of services to either replace or retrofit the main switchboard, and sub-panel and perform associated work as described herein for the SCHC building at 100 Miller Park Ave, Bradford (Bldg A) which is a two-storey seniors apartment that was constructed in the 1970-s and contains 51 units.
