• SUMMARY:
  Through this Request for Proposals, the Regional District of Central Okanagan invites Proposals from suitably-qualified organizations for the provision of general electrical services on an ‘if, as, and when required- basis for the District-s various buildings and facilities throughout the Central Okanagan.
  
  As a result of this RFP, the District will select one preferred Contractor that will enter into a Standing Offer Agreement for provision of the District-s general electrical services for an initial term of 3 years, commencing on March 1st 2025 and expiring February 28th 2028. The Term of the Standing Offer Agreement may be extended by two further years, from March 1st, 2028 to February 28th 2030 at the District-s sole option and subject to mutual agreement between the parties on extension pricing and terms. While the District fully intends to utilize the Contractor to perform most general electrical services required by the District, the District does not guarantee any minimum quantity of services or that the Contractor will be the exclusive provider of electrical services during the Standing Offer Agreement term.
