REQUEST FOR APPLICATIONS FOR STANDING OFFER AGREEMENT

SPECIFICATIONS OF GOODS AND SCOPE OF SERVICES

The City is seeking experienced and qualified Applicants with proven ability to perform electrical repairs and maintenance for city facilities on an “as and when required” basis. The Goods and Services include without limitation the supply and delivery of material, the provision of skilled labour, and equipment to provide the
Goods and perform the Services and other requirements of this RFA-SOA.

A brief description of the Goods and Services falling under Division 16 Electrical including, include:
(a) Utility service connections, transformers, switching and protection;
(b) Distribution raceways and boxes;
(c) Conductors and cables;
(d) Grounding and bonding;
(e) Connections, wiring devices and fixtures;
(f) Interior and exterior lighting;
(g) Communications cabling; and
(h) Testing of electrical systems.
(i) High Voltage work

If the City determines that an amendment is required to this RFA-SOA, the City Representative will issue a written addendum by posting it on the BC Bid website at www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca (the “BC Bid Website”) and the City website at www.surrey.ca (the “City Website”) that will form part of this RFA-SOA.
