- Description:
- The intent of the project is to replace an electrical motor control centre tagged "MCC 1" at the Toronto Osgoode Hall at 130 Queen St W, (B10639) Toronto, ON. Contractor shall remove existing MCC 1 and supply and install new 600 volt MCC of similar size and capacity in the basement mechanical room. Cost includes circuit breakers, motor starters (VFDs), push buttons, pilot lights, motors and additional cables. Motor starters shall connect to existing BAS for remote control. Surge suppression devices shall be considered. Equipment shall be labelled with lamacoid nameplate. Installations shall be in compliance with IO Design and Commissioning Guidelines. The scope also includes reviewing and understanding the existing heritage reporting and the rationale for the heritage status.
