Description:
The Town of Wolfville is seeking Proposals to pre-qualify at least one (1), and up to three additional (3) years, companies specializing in Industrial and General Electrical Service (Vendor(s)) for the provision of Installation of new infrastructure or maintenance and repair of existing electrical infrastructure. Vendors will be pre-qualified based on the scope of services described in this Request for Standing Offers (RSO) for a one (1) year period with an option to extend for an additional term of up to four (4) years if mutually agreeable to the Town and the proponent(s). The Town of Wolfville is responsible for maintaining and upgrading electrical systems across its municipal facilities, infrastructure, and assets. To ensure timely and cost-effective electrical services, the Town is seeking to establish a Request for Standing Offer (RSO) with qualified electrical contractors. This offer will allow for the provision of electrical maintenance, repair, and installation services on an as-needed basis for municipal buildings, street lighting, and other related infrastructure. Proposal submissions shall be emailed as a single PDF document to kouterleys@wolfville.ca with the subject line: “RSO WOL008-2025 - Electrical Maintenance Repairs & Installation Service.” This shall be the only accepted method of Proposal submission.
