BackgroundThe Bank is committed to providing high quality, engaging, and accessible eLearning courses to enhance employee understanding, engagement, and decision-making across the organization. The Bank currently works with external developers to transform raw content provided by internal subject matter experts (SME) into comprehensive digital learning using SCORM-compliant tools, primarily Articulate Storyline and Rise (where permitted). These digital learning modules are hosted primarily on our SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS).ObjectiveThe objective of this RFP is to contract with two (2) qualified service providers to develop digital learning content for the Bank on an as-and-when-required basis. The selected service providers will work closely with the Leadership and Employee Development (LED) team at the Bank in addition to their internal SMEs to create digital modules that:• deliver important and required material to employees.• ensure employees understand the content, are engaged, and find it time effective.• provide a baseline for all employees to reduce risk and improve decision-making across the organization.
