Description:
The objective of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to procure options for
the beneficial use(s) of dried Class A biosolids produced at the CRD-s
Residuals Treatment Facility. The Capital Regional District (CRD) invites
detailed proposals consistent with CRD policy (combustion and out of
region, non-agricultural land application).
