Description : The City of Burnaby invites tenders from Pre-Qualified General Contractors for the renovation to the existing water slide tower and waterslide. The scope includes demolition, concrete foundations, structural steel, miscellaneous metals, cladding, glazing, painting, waterslide, mechanical, lighting and electrical systems. within the Eileen Dailly Leisure Centre located at 240 Willingdon Avenue in the City of Burnaby, B.C. Only the following Pre-qualified General Contractors will be invited to tender this Project. 1. Canadian Turner Construction Company Ltd. 2. Heatherbrae Builders Co. Ltd. 3. Holaco Construction (1997) Ltd. 4. Kinetic Construction Ltd. 5. Scott Special Projects Ltd. 6. Ventana Construction Corporation An optional site tour has been arranged to begin at 11:00 AM on February 25th, 2021 at the site, located at 240 Willingdon Avenue in the City of Burnaby, B.C. to visit and examine the works. The Prequalified General Contractors or their agents shall meet at the Eileen Dailly Leisure Centre entrance located at 240 Willingdon Avenue and register their presence with the Consultant at the site tour stating the name of the contractor they represent.
