Tender are invited for Educational Kits - Early Childhood Center

Tender Details SCOPE
This Invitation to Tender (ITT) is for the supply and delivery of Educational Kits listed below in the tender items as per the description provided.

CONTRACT AWARD CRITERIA
The contract will be awarded to the lowest compliant bid that meets or exceeds the requirements detailed within the Description section below for Items of the tender document.

Please note that bidders are allowed to bid on one, multiple, or all items, and we reserve the right to award to one or more suppliers with the lowest compliant bid per item.

DELIVERY
Delivery is required on or before March 31, 2025, to District scolaire francophone sud, 425 rue Champlain, DIEPPE, New Brunswick E1A 1P2 at quantities specified.

Bids that cannot meet the required delivery date may not be considered for an award.

SPECIFICATIONS
Items bid must meet or exceed the specifications listed below.

Equivalent products may be accepted if deemed compliant by the Department. Bidders are asked to provide warranty and product information if bidding on an equivalent brand/model.

WARRANTY
Bidders shall include warranty information within the item description or as an attachment for the items.
