Description:
NLHS is seeking Proposals from qualified marketing and advertising firms to develop and execute an integrated awareness educational and promotional campaign to: Promote the benefits of MyHealthNL/MyChart, the province-s new personal health record, while also educating the public on how to download and use it; and Increase public understanding of the benefits CorCare mean for the health outcomes of Newfoundlanders and Labradorians. The campaign will increase public awareness, understanding, capability, and engagement with the personal health record and its platform by reaching diverse audiences across the province through multiple media channels, including but not necessarily limited to digital, social, traditional, and community. The campaign should prepare the public to be able to use the app effectively and to know where to access technical support. The campaign can also help to increase understanding among providers about the benefits of the app for patients. A strategic peer influencer campaign will be a key component of the campaign, helping to build trust, credibility, and encourage adoption of MyChart/MyHealthNL through authentic and relatable voices that resonate with their peer populations.
