NOTICE TO VENDORS:
Extension of Lists EDU18-105-RFQ-001 for 1 year, June 30, 2021 to June 30, 2022.
This is notification that the Province is choosing the option to extend the Request for Qualifications for Inspectors - B.C. Independent Schools and B.C. Offshore Schools EDU18-105-RFQ for one year, June 30, 2021 until June 30, 2022 as per Section 5.1.1 of the Request for Qualifications.
Please note: This is not a request for inclusion on the Qualified Supplier's List. Requests for inclusion on this list will not be accepted at this time. Those vendors who are already on the list will continue to remain on the list until the expiry of the Term.
The British Columbia Ministry of Education certifies Independent Schools in B.C. to provide the B.C. Kindergarten to Grade 12 (K-12) education program. Under the Independent School Act and its related regulations and orders, Independent Schools must undergo an inspection of the school and its educational program and operations to maintain certification.
Under the British Columbia Global Education Program - Offshore Schools, the Ministry of Education certifies schools in other countries to offer the B.C. Education Program (Kindergarten to Grade 12). One of the requirements for certification is an annual inspection of the B.C. Education Program.
