Description:
Architectural and Electrical renovations within the 9th and 10th Floors of the John E. Brownlee Building. This work will require minor demolition of ceilings and walls to provide new power/data for new furniture. The intent is to compete selective demolition, and all materials/finishes will remain. This project consists of the densification of workspaces within portions of the 9th and 10th floors within the Brownlee Building. The scope of work consists of minor demolition and construction activities to support the required power and data for workstations, printers, and wireless access points. The project consists of three (3) separate phases as identified in the contract documents; the intent is that the phases will be constructed consecutively. Timing between phases is determined by the necessary construction, furniture delivery and installation, staff packing, and move coordination and activities concluded in the previous phase or combination of before commencing the next phase.
