Summary Details:
Notice of intent is hereby given by the Ministry of Forests, Lands, Natural Resource Operations and Rural Development (FLNRORD) of its intent to enter into a contract with Winchelsea Forest Service Inc to provide the following services:
- Provide economic impact and cost-benefit analysis of identified FLNRORD policy and/or program proposals and issues.
- Provide economic expertise and advice for assessment of identified FLNRORD operational policy options.
- Develop approaches and metrics to assess and report on economic aspects of operational implementation issues and options affecting FLNRORD.
- Deliver economic impact and cost benefit services, using qualitative and quantitative methodology to assess natural resource data, relevant to British Columbia's provincial government decision making in the natural resource sector.
- Advise on strategy for identifying and delivering on FLNRORD emerging issues and ministry mandate commitments to support natural resource decision making.
- Deliver economic impact and cost benefit analysis services where inputs include natural sciences, social and economic analysis and input from multiple key stakeholders and audiences.
