- The City of New Westminster is looking to refresh and update the 2018 Economic Development Plan (EDP) and is seeking an experienced consultant team to lead and deliver this project. The update should provide both an aspirational outlook (10-20 years) and implementation strategy (5 years), and incorporate new and emerging economic trends as well as updated areas of City and community focus. It is also important that local businesses and business groups see themselves reflected in the plan and feel sense of ownership in helping achieve its goals. This project is required to be completed by July 2026.
