Description:
The purpose of this project is to develop a roster of qualified consultants that can be assigned work, including occasionally on a time sensitive basis. The work will typically include economic and market studies, such as: economic impact studies; market analyses; feasibility studies; strategy development; business cases; governance analyses; cost-benefit analyses; return on investment analyses; environmental scans; literature / best practice reviews. These studies will generally have a primary economic focus, including in the following areas: sectoral, local and regional economic and community development; tourism and events; creative industries; business development; labour market; investment readiness and attraction; demographics. Projects may also require supplemental analytical lenses / expertise such as infrastructure; land use; community engagement; legal / risk / regulatory; government advocacy; governance; change management; IDEA (inclusion, diversity, equity, accessibility); environmental sustainability; and Indigenous relations / reconciliation.
