Description:
This Request for Services (the “RFS”) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of eCLMS Cloud Migration and Continued Support, Maintenance and Enhancements, for the ministries of Agriculture, Environment, and Parks, Culture and Sport, as further described in the RFS Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”). The Enterprise Crown Land Management System (eCLMS) is an application with several integrations used by three ministries to manage multiple lines of business related to Crown land such as leases, permits and licenses. The system administers more than $100 million annually in Crown land-related revenue. The application is built in a technology that is at or near end of life (Microsoft CRM 2016 v. 8.1). To remain current, supported, and security compliant, GOS requires that this application be migrated to the GOS tenant of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
