- Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) on behalf of the Department of National Defence, Department of Fisheries and Oceans/Canadian Coast Guard and Correctional Services Canada, has a requirement for the supply of fluid milk and cream products on an as and when required basis. A Regional Master Standing Offer (RMSO) will be awarded for a one year period to supply and deliver fluid milk and cream products to delivery zones in New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Newfoundland. The period of this Regional Master Standing Offer will be from date of award to 31 March 2026. Offerors may request a debriefing on the results of the solicitation of offers process.
