Description:
Ebb and Flow First Nation Chief and Council are calling tenders for the Road and Drainage Upgrades. The project works must be completed by September 31, 2025, with interim completion dates of October 31, 2024 and August 31, 2025. Sealed tenders will be received up to 11:00 a.m. on September 11, 2024 at the office of JR Cousin Consultants Ltd. (JRCC), 91A Scurfield Blvd., Winnipeg, Manitoba.The works for this project include reconstruction of 1.6 km of existing granular road, including excavation, shaping and compaction of the road subgrade, placing granular material, asphalt paving, installation or regrading of culverts, and cleaning and regrading of road ditches and ditch outlets.Works generally include: - 21,125 sq. m. granular subbase - 17,000 sq. m. granular base - 11,200 cu. m. excavation - 23,150 sq. m. geotextile - 12,100 sq. m. asphalt - 450, 600, and 750 mm diameter culverts - Ditch gradingNo pre-tender meeting or test holes will be completed onsite.Lowest or any bid may not necessarily be accepted.
