- This janitorial services covers approximately 50 EasyPark Parking lots and garages with a total of 9800 spaces. The scope of servcies covers the requirements for the Contractor to perform parking lots and parking garage cleaning services. The services include, but is not limited to, parking garage sweeping, garbage collection and removal, and and cleaning up of the public areas around the parking lots and garages.EasyPark is looking for a Contractor to provide janitorial services for the parking lots and parkades of our Landlords. The scope of work for these services is addressed in the Scope of Services Part E, and the locations and service requirements are outlined in Appendix E - Service Package Schedule and Lot Breakdown.
