- Notice is hereby given that bids are being solicited by the County of Placer to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, tax, and services necessary for the PLACER COUNTY EASTERN REGIONAL LANDFILL, INC., PAVEMENT REPAIR PROJECT PHASE 1 - MATERIALS RECOVERY FACILITY PROJECT NO. PJ02774
The Work consists generally of the following: All Work improvements including, but not limited to; demolition of existing asphalt pavement structural section, storm manhole collars and G-5 boxes, over-excavating to new finished subgrade depth, off-hauling of materials to on-site location; preparation of subgrade, installing new pre-cast G-5 valve boxes, storm drain manhole extensions and reinforced concrete collars; protecting existing utilities, concrete swale and manhole structures; new aggregate base and asphalt concrete pavement; and, one new storm drain manhole lid. Providing temporary best management practices (BMPs) devices for erosion control; and traffic control as required by the plans, specifications and special conditions.
The Engineer-s Estimate for the Base Bid is One Million, One Hundred Forty-Four Thousand Dollars ($1,144,000.00).
The Engineer-s Estimate for Additive Bid Item A is Seventy-Five Thousand Dollars ($75,000.00).
The Engineer-s Estimate for Additive Bid Item B is One Hundred Eleven Thousand Dollars ($111,000.00).
