- The East Elgin Community Complex roof project includes the removal and replacement of 6 existing flat roof membranes and associated roofing materials as outlined in the attached Garland Canada Inc. roof report.
The scope of the project generally includes the following and shall conform to Ontario Provincial Standards (OPSS) and Ontario Building Codes (OBC):
Removal and disposal of existing roofing materials (gravel, membrane, etc..) from the roof deck.Removal, disposal and replacement of areas of failed insulation as directed by the owner.Supply and install a new 3-Ply SBS high strength modified bitumen membrane with gravel surface including all and all associated works. - Documents:
