Eabametoong First Nation is calling tenders for the East End Subdivision Project.Sealed tenders will be received up to 11:00 a.m. (prevailing Winnipeg time) on January 14, 2026 at the office of JR Cousin Consultants Ltd., 91A Scurfield Blvd., Winnipeg, Manitoba.Works generally includes: Rock removal Supply and installation of approximately 1,200 m of wastewater sewer Supply and installation of approximately 1,770 m of watermains Supply and installation of a sewage lift station and approximately 1,650 m of forcemain Supply and installation of water and sewer service lines for 39 residential lots Supply and installation electrical servicing of 39 residential lots Construction of gravel roadways including culverts Construction of lot grading and drainage.A non-mandatory pre-tender meeting will be held onsite starting at 11:00 a.m. on December 18, 2025. Two charter flights are available, one leaving from Thunder Bay and one leaving from Winnipeg. The seats on the charter flights are on a first come basis, and will be limited to one seat per contractor. If additional seats are requested by a contractor and there is charter availability, a contractor may purchase a seat on the charter for the proportional share of the cost.
