Description : This Invitation to Tender is being issued by the Health Organization for Roofing Contractor for the MMH Acute Southwest Roof Replacement project. The project is to replace the Acute Southwest roof sections 1.0, 2.5, and 2.6 at Mission Memorial Hospital (MMH). The work involves the replacement of the existing patio and IRMA roof assembly. The existing assembly is to be removed down to the structural concrete deck, and a new two-ply modified bitumen roof membrane installed. The membrane assembly is to be completed with drainage layer, extruded polystyrene, geotextile fabric, sheet metal, and ballast. New pavers are to be installed in place of the existing patio stones on Section 2.6. The project should be planned and executed to ensure the safety of the patients and staff in the space. Construction work is anticipated to commence in July, 2023, full completion in October, 2023. The anticipated ready-for-take-over date is November 3, 2023.
