RFSA# HR20251015Title: E-Learning for CBC/Radio-CanadaPLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING COMPLETELY AND CAREFULLY PAYING ATTENTION TO ALL REQUIREMENTS AND DATES.CBC/Radio-Canada is seeking Offers from industry in response to its Request for Supply Arrangement (“RFSA) for E-Learning for CBC/Radio-CanadaAn Agreement resulting from this RFSA may potentially be for three (3) years with two (2) irrevocable option(s) to extend for one (1) year period(s).1. SUMMARY OF REQUIRED GOODS/SERVICES:The key objectives in issuing this RFSA are as follows:to engage skilled, non-exclusive Qualified Suppliers to design and develop custom e-learning solutions in French and/or English for CBC/Radio-Canada as needed. Proponents should acknowledge that to meet CBC/Radio-Canada-s schedules and deadlines, if Qualified Suppliers are unable to deliver, CBC/Radio-Canada reserves the right to award mandates to other suppliers outside the established contracts from this RFSA2. MANDATORY REQUIREMENT: This RFSA is open only to Suppliers who meet each of the following mandatory requirement:Proponent must have the ability to adhere to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2. CBC/Radio-Canada may propose certain exceptions which will be discussed with the supplier on a per project basis.3.
