Please be advised that this Invitation to Tender has been amended to answer the following potential bidder(s) question:

Q1: Can you confirm that you want one (1) service visit and one (1) inspection visit for a total of two (2) visits per calendar year?

A1: Only one visit is required, this inspection and maintenance service must be done on all buildings between June 30th and Sept 1st of each year.

Q2: Is the sprinkler system included in this scope, or does DTI have a contract with a sprinkler company already performing these inspections?

A2: The sprinkler systems are not included in this scope; keep in mind that the spark detection system is still within the scope of this tender.
