Description:
Scope of Work
The work under this contract generally consists of the reconstruction of Dundas Street from approximately 5 metres west of Graham Street to approximately 23 metres west of Light Street. Without limiting the scope of the contract, the work generally includes:
Remove existing planter units, concrete pavers, concrete sidewalk and curb, asphalt (including parking stalls), streetlights, traffic signals, streetscape furniture, signage, etc.Supply and install roadworks (Granular B and A, curb, base and surface asphalt, linepainting, etc.).Supply and install storm sewer structures and sewers.Supply and install sidewalks (coloured, patterns, etc.).Supply and install street trees, complete with soil cells.Supply and install street lighting, decorative lighting and traffic signals, complete with allconduits, junction/hand wells, etc.Supply and install irrigation system, complete with all controls, valving, connections andpiping.Supply and install streetscaping furniture.Supply and install wayfinding signage.Adjust existing undisturbed structures and restoration of all disturbed areas.Refer to Tender Document for additional details.
