PURPOSE
This Standing Offer Agreement shall permit all Departments of Government to purchase on an "as and when required" basis the items listed at the price quoted.
PERIOD
This Standing Offer Agreement shall be in effect from November 01, 2020 to October 31, 2021.
PROCUREMENT CARD (P-CARD)
ANY GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO UTILIZE A PROCUREMENT CARD (P-CARD) IN LIEU OF A PURCHASE ORDER FOR ALL OR SELECT ACQUISITIONS. VENDORS SHALL NOT REFUSE NOR CHARGE ADDITIONAL PREMIUMS OR FEES WHEN PROCUREMENT CARDS ARE TENDERED FOR PAYMENT.
QUANTITY
Quantities and/or Financial Limitations as stated are estimates made in good faith for the period of the Agreement. This Standing Offer Agreement shall be limited to the actual supplies ordered and delivered.
