- The intent of this RFQ is to seek quotations from qualified contractors for the provision of services for site grading at the Duggan and Dickinsfield III townhome complexes:
Duggan: Regrading around all thirteen (13) buildings onsite. Includes various softscape and hardscape improvements as outlined in the drawings and specifications to ensure positive drainage away from the buildings.
Dickinsfield III: Regrading around all twenty-three (23) buildings onsite. Includes various softscape and hardscape improvements as outlined in the drawings and specifications to ensure positive drainage away from the buildings.
Work under this RFQ must be completed no later than August 30, 2025.
