HVAC Maintenance & Cleaning

Summary Details:
Tenders are invited for the supply of materials, labour and equipment necessary to clean ducting and associated equipment at up to five (5) facilities in Saanich School District No. 63 (SD63) during July and August, 2022. The contractor shall be a certified member of the National Air Duct Cleaners Association (NADCA) or shall maintain membership in a nationally recognized non-profit industry organization dedicated to the cleaning of HVAC systems.
MANDATORY SITE VISITS
The MANDATORY site visits start promptly at 9:00 a.m., March 21, 2022, at the front entrance of:
Sidney Elementary School
2281 Henry Avenue
Sidney, BC
Please allow sufficient time in your schedule to be in attendance at all the locations if you intend to bid on all the sites. Bids will only be accepted for those schools where the bidder has attended the site visit. Contracts will be awarded on a location-by-location basis.
