- Design/Build - Repair or replacement of existing hot tub located in the Town of Drumheller Aquaplex building. The existing in ground hot tub will not hold water for any extender period. An inspection of the tub and associated piping was completed in June of 2024 indicating possible locations of concern. It is suspected that the leaking began in summer of 2023 which caused a complete shut of the tub in early 2024. The Town of Drumheller requires a design/build solution to verify all current issues with the tub and a proposal to either repair or replace components as required. The intent of the Town is to retain the use of all mechanical components such as the boiler, pumps, filters, etc. This work will be limited to supply and return piping, drainage piping and the tub structure.
