- This RFP serves a dual purpose. The highest-ranked Proponent will be awarded the Durham Region Transit Farewell Project and will also automatically qualify as a Vendor of Record (VOR) for Transit Chargers Catergory through execution of the Framework Engineered Equipment Agreement (Schedule F). In addition, other top-ranked Proponents may be invited by PowerON to enter into negotiations to execute Schedule F and thereby qualify as VOR Transit Chargers Catergory. Inclusion in the VOR program does not guarantee work; however, qualified suppliers will be eligible to participate in future second stage procurements undertaken by PowerON.
