- This project includes paving of two (2) pedestrian pathways between the school and Redden Street, repaving the asphalt areas to the north, west, and south of the school, the construction of a gravel pathway south of the school, and construction of an infiltration swale south of the school. all work is to be completed at R. Gordon Sinclair Public School located at 19 Crerar Boulevard, Kingston, Ontario. This project will also includes the removal of existing soft and hardscapes, flexible pavement, and fencing to accommodate the construction. The site will undergo minor regrading on the south side of the school allowing for improved drainage. This project includes but is not limited to site work, paving, and landscaping.
