• Tender are invited for Drainage & Asphalt Route 460 PH 2
  
  Notice Details Electronic tenders, in PDF format, for the construction of the above works, which extend over a distance of approximately 700 metres, Route 460 from residence 144 to Route 11 mainly includes, ditch excavation, the replacement of certain culvert pipes, and the creation of a new asphalt surface and all related work, will be received until 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, March 18, 2026 by:

  Instructions to obtain Tender Documents:
  
  Interested bidders shall contact Ms. Jinette McCormack at tendersatlantic@englobecorp.com or at 506.857.2777 ext. 178042 to obtain a digital copy (PDF format) of the Tender Documents and to be added to the official bidders list.
  
  Tender submission method:
  
  Contractors are required to submit their Tender Submission (complete bid) electronically in PDF format via e-mail at tendersatlantic@englobecorp.com prior to the above stated date and time. The original signed and sealed paper copy of the Tender Submission shall be mailed to the following address:

  A bid bond or certified cheque, in the amount of 10% of the total bid (including HST) minimum, made payable to the Municipality of Neguac must accompany each tender.
