- The Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville (the “Town”) is soliciting Bid Proposals from qualified Heritage Consultants (“Proponents”) to undertake the preparation of a Heritage Conservation District Plan (the “Plan”) for the proposed Downtown Main Street Heritage Conservation District as identified in the report titled “Town of Stouffville Heritage Conservation District Study” prepared by MacNaughton Hermsen Britton Clarkson Planning Limited ad dated May 2022. The successful proponent will work closely with the Town-s Heritage Planner through the duration of the preparation of the Plan.
