- The purpose of this RFP is to receive proposal submissions from qualified and experienced Proponents interested in establishing a standing arrangement to be the preferred supplier(s) for Catering Services at the University of Calgary Downtown Campus (DTC). The University of Calgary is looking to establish a standing arrangement with multiple suppliers. The intent is to have an appropriate number of preferred suppliers to undertake these services when specific events cannot be accommodated by the University of Calgary-s resources. The successful Proponent(s) will be placed on University of Calgary-s Preferred Suppliers List.
