- The Town of White City (TOWC) is soliciting written responses through this invitational Public Tender from qualified firms to construct a new grade beam design to structurally support the Double K outdoor rink infrastructure. This includes revising the existing piles, asphalt work, landscape restoration, and removal and replacement of the boards and chain link back stop to accommodate the construction of the new grade beam system detailed on the engineered drawings (approximately 440 linear ft in length).
