The County of Simcoe, on behalf of the Simcoe County Housing Corporation, is seeking submissions from qualified and experienced vendors. Only online submissions will be accepted for this opportunity.

For: DOMESTIC HOT, COLD, AND RECIRCULATION PIPING REPLACEMENT AT 26 GIGNAC DRIVE, PENETANGUISHENE, ON
The SCHC is requesting tenders for removal, disposal, and replacement of existing domestic hot water (DHW), domestic cold water (DCW) and domestic hot water recirculation (DHWR) system with Type K Copper, or Uponor PEX as per the tender documents.
It is SCHC-s preference to install Type K Copper. Should the Type K Copper submissions exceed budget, SCHC will then consider Uponor PEX pricing.
